Layered artifacts, organic materials, and apothecary elements–are all symbols to the shared knowledge, science, and connection to ancient tradition and innovations. Long dramatic views down the tasting room lead to a carved wood-framed viewport to the brewery and a spotlight holding the amphora vessel in the center.
