Rosen's Bagels
Our favorite Austin bagel company deserves a beautiful brick-and-mortar. We drew inspiration from the classic bagel shops and delis of the east coast. We wanted to transform this corner space into a capsule of timeless fun. A place you visit often and can’t recall how long it has been there. An airy material palette of herringbone oak flooring, classic subway, decorative white ceiling tiles, custom ash millwork, and penny tile in shades of white, light blue, and coral all layer to create subtle nods to bagel shops past.
